I believe that receiving professional help to heal from past or current trauma is necessary to live a life of peace and understanding. I value providing a safe space for individuals to come in wherever they may be in their journey. My goal is to come alongside you and work together to achieve health, wholeness, and becoming the best version of yourself.
I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), working towards full licensure. Further, I am a National Certified Counselor through the NBCC, an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) provider, and a CSAT-Candidate.
I work with individuals and couples. My work with adults include trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, betrayal trauma, addiction, codependency, intimacy issues, grief, and adjustment issues. I also offer a weekly Men's group that addresses compulsive sexual behavior.
