Step by step, at your pace, I help you learn, grow and evolve. I practice from a positive, strength-based framework that is client-centered, & solution-focused with no room for shame or judgement.
I've been in practice for 20+ years. I have pursued extensive training in the treatment of children/adolescents/adults across the psychotherapeutic spectrum including: crisis intervention, PTSD/trauma recovery, anxiety/depression; gender dysphoria ; academic performance; relationship/partnership/family counseling, religious abuse.
