My name is Jennifer Plaistowe and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles. I am currently working with clients statewide via telehealth. Supporting others in their own journey toward growth, change, and healing is a privilege and passion of mine. I specialize in supporting those who are attempting to manage anxiety, navigate relationship issues, treat depression, work through trauma, and cope with various life transitions.
