I look forward to guiding you towards those solutions in a compassionate, collaborate setting. I specialize in anxiety disorders, self-harming behaviors, and teaching behavioral coping skills. I also provide parent coaching in these areas if you are a parent of a teen struggling with these issues.
I work in various evidenced-based modalities such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy). I'm also trained in a parent intervention called SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), where I work directly with parents to treat the teen's anxiety disorder.
