I specialize in working with women who desire to improve their relationships, cope with anxiety or depression, heal from past trauma, and cultivate healthy life practices. I also have extensive experience working with couples and families. I take a holistic approach, incorporating the mind, body, and spirit. If you are feeling overwhelmed and discouraged, it can make a world of difference to have a space to share your struggles and to feel heard and understood. My role as a therapist is to partner with you to identify your goals and equip you with the skills and insights needed to make meaningful, lasting change.
I have spent the last fifteen years helping individuals and couples to improve their relationships, mood, and overall health and wellness. I use evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, CBT, and Polyvagal theory to help bring about lasting change. I also have specialized training and certification in providing therapy to adoptive and foster families.
