I feel that everyone can be happy and live a peaceful life, given the right tools and guidance. We live in a chaotic and fast pace world and sometimes it can make our minds move in a negative direction. Not dealing with our issues can make us lose touch with who we are. Focusing on individual goals and moving forward is an important step in discovering the person you want to be. Doing this requires us to explore the person you once were, the person you are now and what you feel may be holding you back from becoming the person you want to be.
I've worked in this field for over 15 years and have worked with people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, parenting, grief and loss and much more. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Therapy in my practice to help people meet their life goals and feel better about themselves.
I believe that your physical, emotional and mental health are all connected and in order to live this peaceful life they all need to be in some sort of order.
