I am deeply passionate about working individually and relationally with my clients. I apply Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gestalt therapy to support clients healing from relational injuries resulting in disconnection, emotional pain, and feeling isolated. I also integrate Somatic practices to increase present moment processing when treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal is to create a safe and healing environment where my clients can process and experience difficult emotions by increasing agency and self resourcing in a supportive and held container.
I treat couples, individuals, and families by applying humanistic, experiential, and existential approaches. I view healing through the lens of building secure attachments and encouraging mind-body connections to experience new interactional cycles. I respect people’s experiences, their stories and honor their life's journey through inspiring self agency.
I strive at creating a safe space for clients to dive into exploring their whole self. I believe clients have the capacity and capability to make changes to better their life experiences.
