Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University working towards her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Jennifer believes that there is a mind-body connection. She promotes positive self-talk, self-reflection, and self-awareness. She understands that developing healthy coping skills and reflecting on feelings can create a foundation for healthy change and growth.
