I customize treatment to each individual, as I believe each person comes to therapy with their own unique strengths, experiences, and needs. I routinely ask for feedback to ensure my clients are getting the most out of their time in therapy.
My counseling style is eclectic, but some interventions I commonly use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Compassion Focused Therapy. I love helping my clients cultivate self confidence, and emotional resilience so they can navigate life’s challenges more effectively.
