I have been working in the helping field for 17 years. I attended the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice, specializing in clinical social work. I have practiced in a variety of clinical settings and currently work as a mental health counselor at a local high school.
I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, and trauma. I have worked with clients of all ages, but currently focus on adults in private practice.
My goal is to partner with you so that you may achieve the healthiest version of yourself. I have deep empathy and compassion for others and excellent communication skills. Our therapeutic alliance will be one that is supportive and helps propel you forward. I will help you problem-solve and think more critically about the issues you have identified.
