I am a special needs parent, with a young adult son with Autism; and another young adult daughter that is LGBTQ+. My therapy style is warm and eclectic. I believe everyone should be given respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I have utilized therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and trauma focused therapy, among others. I tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to best fit your unique and specific needs.
