My services will help ease anxiety and improve overall functioning. I have extensive experience working with people with anxiety and PTSD and using trauma informed therapy. All services are private and confidential.
Whether I am working with an individual or a family, I enjoy helping them reduce their anxiety and feel at ease. I understand that change can be scary. The best part of counseling is developing plans with clients and watching them make progress and living the life they deserve.
