I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with the passion to help people make positive changes for themselves. My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic in nature. What affects our minds, affects our emotions, our bodies, our relationship with ourselves and those around us. My integrative approach utilizes techniques drawing from CBT, DBT, and Client-Centered Therapy, to assist with facilitating support towards your goals, unique to your own!
