Navigating life's twist and turns is difficult on its own but add in anxiety and/or depression and it can be overwhelming. I also enjoy working with people going through life's transitions whether that's going to college, getting married, having a child, or any transition that you might be going through. Life is hard but you don't have to go it alone.
I use a client centered approach to find what works best for my client. I draw from a variety of different disciplines including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, gestalt, and others. I like to work collaboratively with my clients to come up with a treatment plan to help you reach your goals.
