Using evidence-based techniques, I can help you learn tools to make anxiety and depression smaller and more manageable. All too often, we think “I can handle this” or “I got this”, when in reality we need help to handle this. The strongest thing a person can say is “I need help.” Growing up in a rural area has given me experience with accepting help.
