HypnoBirthing ChildBirth Education Classes
HypnoBirthing®, the Mongan Method, is a "holistic" approach to childbirth. It takes into account the psychological and emotional well-being of the mother, birth partner, and baby as well as their physical well-being. During HypnoBirthing® classes, you will be taught special breathing, relaxation, visualization, and self-hypnosis techniques. In addition, you will also learn how to release general fears and fears relating to childbirth. Classes start 6/6/24 and run for five weeks. All classes are held through online through Zoom.
