I practice from a holistic mental health viewpoint that incorporates mindfulness and bodywork with traditional therapy. I have training in Play Therapy, Trauma Sensitive Yoga and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional and Advanced Adolescent and Child Trauma Professional. I incorporate these studies into my practice with clients.
