I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over twelve years of experience working with individuals and couples seeking a way to move beyond “survival mode” stemming from trauma, depression, and anxiety.
I combine deep listening, compassion, and curiosity with Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS) and other person centered approaches to help awaken innate capacities for healing and growth.
