Jennifer has a clinical degree in Couples and Family Therapy, a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Psychology, a Master’s in Divinity, and a Doctorate in Psychology and Religion (East-West Philosophy) with an emphasis on culture and wellness. The first half of her adult life was spent on the East Coast studying, researching, teaching and writing books. In the second half, she’s been devoted to her family and growing as a therapist while living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, her original home. Jennifer believes good relationships support great lives.
Her focus is on supporting people eager to connect to others and themselves with greater courage and authenticity. Jennifer’s specialties include using intuitive and counter-intuitive methods to mend relationships. This includes using “effectiveness-training” and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for people ready to do life differently.
