I offer holistic and heart based services so that you don't have to walk this path alone. I use a variety of transformative techniques and holistic practices to assist in accelerating one's own innate wisdom to heal. We can target particular physical or emotional issues or keep it more general and address the imbalances that are preventing you from living a full and happy life. I specialize in finding those imbalances that are creating you to feel anxious, depressed, stuck, and overwhelmed. Through this approach individuals are able to shift out of old patterning, self-limiting beliefs, thoughts, and habits more easily.
It is through the combination of traditional "talk therapy" along with experiential and a holistic integrated approach that enable my clients to go more deeply into their own process. I use cutting edge modalities such as Brainspotting, Emotion Code/Body Code and Mind-Body Therapies, that support the body's innate wisdom to heal itself.
