I employ a variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. I am EMDR trained and Certified and use it extensively in my practice.

We can’t change difficult situations from the past but we can gain a better understanding of how these experiences have shaped and influenced our lives. Understanding this can help change long standing behavior patterns and negative perceptions about ourselves that may be holding us back from being our best selves living more meaningful and fulfilled lives.
