I work with individuals and couples on a variety of issues including women’s issues, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and loss, separation and divorce, stress management, co-parenting and more. I am a psychotherapist with 8 years of training in therapeutic interventions and systems theory and a level II Reiki Practitioner.
