My typical client would be an adult seeking help with substance/alcohol use, co-occurring diagnosis, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, trauma/abuse, PTSD.
I have worked with individuals with various difficulties however my areas of expertise are addictions, co-occurring disorders, mental health (i.e. depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders), and trauma/abuse. I utilize an eclectic approach in my sessions and each approach is individually based.
I have varying life experiences which have indefinitely added to my skills and strengths as a therapist and as a person who is non-judgmental and understanding. Communication is key and earning my clients' trust is essential in the therapeutic process.
