Hi, thank you for taking time to read my profile. I provide therapy to individual clients with anger issues. Anger is a reaction to emotional pain. A situation that does not feel fair, can be a loss, feeling hopeless, living with long term grief. I am accepting new clients. I provide therapy through video sessions via Doxy.me (HIPPA compliant). My objective is to create a safe space for you to express your thoughts and feelings without judgement, learn strategies to reduce anger, address the emotional pain that you are experiencing.
I use evidence-based theories in the therapeutic process, a humanistic approach. Learning and understanding your core emotions that manifest anger will reduce the negative reaction that has become problematic for you. I teach coping skills to manage symptoms, self-reflection, and process painful experiences to create lasting change into your life.
It can be hard to talk about feelings of rage, shame, guilt and perceived negative emotions. I strive to provide an environment that will allow you to express your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I provided therapy by video, I am available early morning weekdays, Saturday and Sunday for client’s convenience.
