In addition, I assist individuals who wish to understand and transform patterns that are negatively impacting their self-esteem, relationships, work or parenting. My specialties include PTSD, complex trauma (CPTSD), childhood abuse and neglect and attachment injuries.
As a Trauma-Informed therapist I integrate a variety of modalities, including IFS, EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and tailor therapy to your specific needs. An integrative approach allows us to address the impact of trauma on your mind, body and spirit. My goal is to help you feel more fully alive, at ease and able to connect with yourself and others.
