Thank you for your interest in my profile. I am unfortunately not accepting new clients at this time. Have you needed support with difficult life situations? Together, we will explore various dilemmas which have led you to seek therapeutic support. I care deeply about helping clients with attachment disorders, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, LGBT issues, trauma, and substance use recovery. I enjoy working with clients who are committed to the process of deepening their understanding of themselves, and we will work together to help you become more compassionate and gentler with yourself.
My psychotherapy approaches are humanistic, client-centered, with a focus on developing mutually respectful, stable, and satisfying relationships. Additionally, I use the modalities of psychodynamic, CBT, existential, and narrative therapy.
