My background is in depth psychology and psychodynamic approaches. This means I will focus on how past experiences and unconscious dynamics (factors outside of your awareness) are influencing your everyday life. It also emphasizes how, and why, the role of relationships are critical to understand as part of the symptom relief process.
Through this process, we will 'root out' the situations that are creating the conflict and discomfort you are encountering.
