I teach my clients how to deepen their self-love and begin to trust again, so they can create more ease and flow in their life. I help them overcome past traumas, anxiety, and depressive symptoms with self-love practices and I provide a safe space for them to heal and grow. I am open-minded, non-judgmental, and express ultimate compassion with all clients.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression and I especially love to work with holistic modalities, such as EMDR and Mindfulness. I am passionate about helping children, teens, and adults decrease anxious symptoms, so they can find their true selves and live a happy, joyous, fulfilled life.
