I am here to help you navigate those stressors and burdens, while supporting you towards gaining a deeper understanding of your own identity. I address issues of trauma, ADHD, anger management, depression, anxiety, and other disorders. I also support individuals experiencing family communication difficulties, life transitions, adoption/fostering and multiculturalism. I am passionate about bridging cultural gaps within families, and can provide services in Korean to support this process. 일상 한국어 가능.
I see children, adolescents, and adults for counseling. I utilize methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, MI and others, but will tailor my approach to meet specific needs.
