My role as a therapist is to utilize my skills to help clients bring their strengths to the surface and be able to use them in their lives in the way that best serves them. I specialize in addressing anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions and trauma. I also work to help couples who want to build their relationship into one that increases communication and connection
I utilize a variety of modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT and Motivational Interviewing as tools to best help clients achieve their goals.
My belief is that clients already have what they need to achieve their goals. My role is to use my skill set to help a person/couple on their path by providing tools to help them identify their values and address the obstacles causing them to move away from those values.
