We’ll work together to develop the language to ask for what you need from yourself and others. We'll identify your needs and figure out how to get them met. I’ll create a safe space for you to explore your inner narrative to make it a kinder, more constructive conversation.

Therapy can be challenging but I'll be there with you like a sherpa, walking with you in the work. We will look at your hurts and remember that you also deserve compassion. With empathy and humor we will make connections and remind you that you also need, and are worthy of, the care and focus you give to others. Therapy is the time to take care of you.
