Welcome! I am so glad that you have taken the first steps to well-being and better mental health. I feel that we all have the strengths needed to manage life’s challenges, but sometimes we need someone to guide us back toward those strengths. I am a licensed mental health counselor who supports individuals experiencing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I look forward to working with you to explore your concerns, help you manage your symptoms, build your coping skills, and work toward personal growth.
We will work together to develop personalized goals for treatment that highlight strengths as a catalyst for growth and change. I utilize solution-focused and client-centered approaches as well as CBT and mindfulness. I feel strongly that you are the expert, and with thoughtful exploration, change and growth are possible.
