My name is Jenn Lachini, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have worked with a variety of different client populations over the years. I am passionate about helping clients overcome whatever challenges they may be facing and move toward healing. I work with adults experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, relationship issues, phase of life problems, grief, and adjustment disorders (a recent move, divorce, job loss/change, family disruption, etc.)
I believe the number one most important thing in therapy is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a safe space where my clients feel seen and heard, so they feel comfortable sharing whatever they may be struggling with.
My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused. I use both Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral interventions while educating patients about their current symptoms, so they understand how to identify and manage them more effectively as therapy progresses.
