Taking the first step to engage in psychotherapy is often a struggle. I believe that it is my job to make this process as safe and comfortable as possible through a confidential and supportive therapeutic environment. I view each client as a unique individual with different experiences, strengths, and vulnerabilities. I tailor my therapeutic approach to fit the client's needs, symptoms and skills.
I am a compassionate, warm, sincere and non-judgmental person. Through a myriad of therapeutic techniques, I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Depression, anxiety, medical and behavioral problems, mood disorders, relationship issues, and infertility are some of the wide range of problems I encounter in my practice.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort between the client and the therapist. As a team, we work together to explore resources and discover solutions for optimizing happiness and success. I truly enjoy helping people through this process, and look forward to meeting each new client.
