Hello! I believe in addressing the person as a whole: body, mind, emotion and spirit. Walking through issues at your pace and in the right time. I work toward: integrating the fractured parts of a person toward wholeness, considering and working through ineffective patterns and beliefs, developing skills to regulate emotions, working to rewire the ineffective neurological pathways established in the brain, releasing stored trauma emotions, addressing dysfunctional relationships with others and the self.
Because everyone connects and relates to experiences, people and themselves in different ways, I utilize a variety of techniques, including: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy, Somatic work, Internal Family Systems, and Splankna. Addressing the psychological, emotional, energetic, spiritual and physical aspects of a person.
