We also develop new patterns of thought and behaviors to create the way you want your life to be. Lifestyle behaviors such as diet, exercise, self-care and social interaction also come into play as they shape the whole person.
I partner best with individuals, couples and teens to address areas in life where they have become stuck. Stress management and communication skill building is always a part of our work. I have been a psychotherapist for over 20 years and a personal coach for over 30 years. I combine compassion with a focus on creating the change clients want to see.
