I am currently accepting clients and providing counseling online and in person. I am a faith-based counselor devoted to the health and healing of the mind and spirit. I have numerous years of experience working with young adults who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma and life transitions. I am willing to walk beside the client through difficult times in order to help them recognize their own importance and inner strength in order to gain empowerment and confidence in life.
My role is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where you can be heard and accepted. Building a trust and allowing the client to open up is the first step toward healing. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and incorporate other modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness into my sessions.
I am a Christian and believe a person's faith can be drawn upon for additional support and encouragement during difficult times. I respect all people and accept them wherever they may or may not be in their journey to become mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually healthy.
