I enjoy working with couples and individuals who feel stuck and are highly motivated to make changes. I also love helping couples who want their marriage to not just survive but truly thrive. I also am honored to work with those going through life transitions, whether it's a career change, a big move, or navigating grief.

I will offer to listen with curiosity to understand where you are now and where you want to be. I believe that most of us already have the strength and the ability to put into action the necessary steps to make change. Often, therapy is simply helping you find the courage to act on those changes.
