I enjoy helping my clients move towards their goals by lessening their distress and discomfort. I provide my clients with a warm, nonjudgmental environment in order to safely explore issues that may be preventing them from living the life they want. The majority of my experience has been working with those struggling in addiction and working towards a recovered lifestyle.
I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University, am a Licensed Processional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor, as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. I am trained in a variety of counseling interventions to help my clients, depending on individual needs. I have been in the mental health profession since 2008.
