I utilize a strengths-based, person-centered approach to treatment, focusing on your inherent strengths to help you reach your mental health goals. With this, I employ a variety of modalities, primarily focusing on cognitive behavioral, mindfulness and solution-focused techniques, catered to each individual’s needs.
