Anxiety, ADHD, depression and overwhelm of daily demands can stop you in your tracks, and prevent you from moving towards what is important. Struggling relationships can make it hard to focus and provide a roller-coaster of feelings and be a source of constant worry. Feelings of shame and overwhelm may lead to the opposite of self-care, which can make things feel worse. No matter how stuck things feel, we can find a better way forward. I integrate evidence-based approaches of Internal Family Systems, ACT, CBT, Exposure Therapy, EFT, Dialogue Therapy, Somatic Approaches, and Trauma-informed care.
