I have provided psychotherapy for over a decade specializing in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma and grief. I use a variety of treatment modalities from trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy and solution-focused therapy. I am bilingual and able to provide psychotherapy fluently in Spanish.
