Dialectical Behavior Therapy provides additional skills to help people increase their level of mindfulness, better regulate their emotions in addition to building relationship skills.
My work history includes working in acute and long-term residential hospitals prior to opening up my practice 17 years ago. I enjoy specializing in children and adolescents and find I am effective with understanding how and what they must manage growing up.
