Hi! I'm so glad you're here. I'm here to walk alongside you through this journey of healing and growth. I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families who may be dealing with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, trauma, stress, communication problems and relational problems – to name a few. I have over three years of working as a school counselor and over ten years of working with children and adolescents in community settings. I am currently working towards being certified in Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
It is my goal to help clients understand their thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses towards themselves and others. I use a client-centered and a strengths-based approach to help clients discover their strengths and values, and empower them to use these skills in their day to day lives.
I am fully committed to serving clients in their personal growth, and guiding them from any gender, race, age, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, and physical/mental ability.
