I have worked with adults and kids in school and college settings for around 19 years. In my experience, most people are inclined to make positive changes within themselves in order to maximize happiness, productivity, and cultivate healthy relationships with others. I am here to facilitate that growth within my clients.

I believe everyone deserves the chance to be heard, seen, and to have encouragement and guidance in navigating the conflicts, joys, and heartbreaks in this life.
