I like to work with families, including children of all ages. I also work with individual adults and occasional couples. I also like to work with military families. I am also trained in EMDR therapy and have even tried some of this therapy style with adolescents. I am also trained in perinatal mood disorders.
I am currently working on my endorsement for 0-5 years of age for family therapy. I do have some expertise in trauma both physical and psychological, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and Autism high functioning.
My style is more client based, which is I go where the client is willing to go and progress depends on each person. I believe in treating the whole person and not just part of the person.
