My practice specializes in assisting those with difficulties regulating themselves. I work with depression, anxiety, trauma and all the various unhelpful coping skills we learn when we're struggling with living the life we want.
I use a variety of techniques to match individuals rather than stamping everyone with the same type of therapy. My job is to help you turn down the noise, so you can hear what's right for you. I'm a teacher at heart and believe in creating a space where my clients feel supported, validated and challenged.
