Trauma is any experience that negatively impacts the way you feel or think about yourself, others, or the world. Do you feel like sometimes you cannot control your emotions, thoughts, or reactions? This is your nervous system fighting to keep you safe. I can help you identify your triggers and process your trauma so that you don't have to go through life carrying it all with you. You do not have to live this way. Together, we can shed the burden. Everyone's journey is unique. The brain is complicated but there are many evidence-based techniques out there that can help us clear the path to happiness.

I work with culturally/gender diverse populations in managing anxiety, panic, depression, OCD, PTSD, anger management, relationship issues, parenting, major life la transitions, grief/loss, terminal illness, and end-of-life. I also have significant life experience in marriage, parenting, navigating cancer, grief/loss, and in living with a disability.

I am located near Pasadena, CA and my practice is 100% remote. I work with couples, individuals, teens, and families. I look forward to working with every one of my clients, with humility and curiosity, to explore and honor their unique authentic selves.
