I specialize in working with clients across the lifespan who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, behavioral concerns, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, transitions of life, identity formation, neurodivergence, gender identity and sexuality, and more. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy with mindfulness practice to support clients.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and focused on empowerment. I am committed to providing affirming care to those who come from historically marginalized communities and have clinical experience working with individuals across the spectrums of sexuality and gender identity.
