Hello and welcome! I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to begin counseling and am so proud of you for taking the first step. It is an honor to be here on this journey with you and one I do not take lightly. I believe an integral part of healing stems from a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship and therefore, I genuinely value the relationship we build together. Whether you are hoping to address goals related to anxiety, depression, relational conflict, or identity, my desire is to provide you a safe and supportive environment in which to do that.
I have over 6 years of experience in the mental health field working in both community mental health and private practice settings with children, adolescents, and adults. My therapeutic approach is trauma informed and based in modalities including person-centered approaches, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment techniques.
Through our work together, my hope is that you begin experiencing greater freedom, peace, and connection in your life. I appreciate your consideration and would be honored to work with you!
